Kevin Houser joined the Ratkovich Company as Senior Property Manager in June 2013 and is responsible for The Alhambra, the 1,000,000 square foot, 45 acre urban community. He will oversee the day-to-day operations and work with the entire Property Team to continue the vision set at the property.

Prior to The Alhambra, he spent a total of thirteen years with Hines where his last assignment was as General Property Manager for a 1,000,000 square portfolio of Office Buildings spanning Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. During this time he had oversight one of the Buildings which increased its occupancy significantly and won the TOBY Award for under 100,000 square feet. Mr. Houser was also the West Coast Regional Manager for properties in Houston, San Francisco and Los Angeles with Broadway Real Estate Services, a value-add development company.

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from California State Polytechnic University (Cal Poly), Pomona, and has received an RPA Designation from BOMA. Kevin and his wife are longtime residents of Arcadia, California.

Favorite TRC Project: At this point, he would have to say the Alhambra, as it is his starting point with the Ratkovich Company. The project offers lots of challenges and he looks forward to the continued improvements being made to the entire project and being a part of those improvements.

Favorite City: San Diego. This city offers so many activities within a short distance from downtown. It has beautiful scenery and a relaxing environment.

Favorite Cause: I enjoy volunteering at different events. For example, Greening Day, or, cooking hot dogs for the Fire Department to raise money for burn victims. I also enjoy assisting with the beautification of Parks and Recreation areas. One continuous volunteer event that I have been involved in for the past twenty years is volunteering for the Annual Rose Parade.
